Convenor.

Convening, made deliberate · Memory made actionable

Working software for teams that do their work by meeting people.

Nobody feeds it. Institutional memory that fills itself: one living map of your policy field, deposited by the convening you already do.

Meetings, events, working groups, consultations. That is how the policy world does its work: ministries and parliaments, associations and federations, NGOs and think tanks, and everyone who convenes between them. What all of it teaches you lives in the heads of the people who were in the room. When they leave, it leaves with them.

Convenor is the tool your team works in every day. It runs the work itself: your events, your relationships, your analytics, your reporting, each through its own lens, a working surface shaped like the job at hand. And underneath them all it quietly keeps everything: every person, every meeting, every promise, every position, in one living map of your policy field.

A2 · How it fills

The excel sheets grow. The network lives in people’s heads.

Invitee lists in one sheet, speakers in another, a copy with a version number nobody trusts. And the part that matters most, who knows whom, what was said, what was promised, is written down nowhere at all. When someone leaves, the organisation forgets. Convenor is not another system to feed: you open it because it runs your own day, and the record, like the card pictured, is simply what your work leaves behind. It even starts full, built from the spreadsheets and inboxes you already have.

A3 · The lenses · in pictures

The network and the memory are the core of every organisation that convenes policy. Yet this ecosystem has long made do with tools built for someone else. That is why we build lenses, working surfaces shaped like the job at hand, and cut them to measure where your process is your own: technology that supports the way you work, instead of you working around the technology.
