A lens shaped to how your team already works.
The standing lenses carry the work every convening organisation shares: relationships, events, numbers, reporting. But every organisation also has a process that is entirely its own. That process gets a lens of its own.
A tailored lens is a working surface drawn around your team’s actual workflow: the campaign, the working-group cycle, the dossier, whatever shape your work takes. It is drawn up with the people who will use it, fitted during deployment, and re-fitted as your process evolves.
The sketch alongside is what a fitting looks like: the surface takes your process’s shape, and the corrections are made in your vocabulary, not ours. Underneath, it reads and writes the same shared map as every other lens, so nothing is ever entered twice.
