After years inside policy convening ourselves, we built the tool we always wished we had. We fit it to each organisation personally, from Brussels. If this is your work, we would like to hear from you.

We sit down and listen: what you convene, with whom, and the process it sits inside. No demo until we understand the work.
The proposal
We come back showing the lenses we would deploy, configured to your process, tailored where your work needs it. You judge fit, not intent.
The fitting
We bring in what you already have: the stakeholder spreadsheets, the past events, the lists in four inboxes. Your map starts full, not empty.
In production
Your team runs its work in it from day one. We stay close, tune the lenses as your process evolves, and the record compounds from there.
No obligation survives any of these steps: the conversation ends whenever you say so, and anything shared is deleted on request.
